Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Army Painter; if your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
